About Our Program

The Utah Association of REALTORS® Leadership Designation (LUAR) will help you improve your skills as a REALTOR® and association volunteer. After taking nine total hours of classes (three in Government Affairs, three in Forms/Legal and three in Nonprofit Governance), apply for your designation using this form. After we verify your membership status and attendance at the classes, you will receive a certificate, authorization to use the LUAR credential and access to the designation logos. There is a one-time $100 designation application fee.
